Q: Can we rent a town car for 1 hour?
The minimum rental time required is 3 hours, unless you just need pickup and drop-off.

Q: How many bags can we put in the town car?
We can accommodate up to 6 standard size bags in the trunk. In case you have more than 6 bags, chauffeur will place some of them on the front seat of the town car. If you have more bags or think they will not fit, please call and let us know so we can make arrangements.
Q: How many passengers can fit in a Lincoln Town car?
Four people comfortably can fit in car.
Q: Is smoking allowed in your town cars?
In all of our vehicles, smoking is not allowed.

Town cars: Less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time reservation is billed in full

Limousine service is based on availability, the earlier you make your reservation the better.

We have 10-12 passenger limousines, 18 passengers limousine & 22 passengers limousines.

Limousine: 7 days before the scheduled pickup time.
Q: Why can't I just get a ride to and from the event, instead of having a limousine there doing nothing?
There are a few companies that will make you a promise that they will pick you up at certain time after an event. It is not possible to make such a promise, because the same promise was made to another party sharing the same car. The only way to insure that a limousine is there when you need it during your event is to lease it for that period.
Q: Can I request a color preference?
We can only guarantee color for weddings, funerals and daytime events. During peak season we will try our hardest to meet you color choice but we cannot guarantee color.

Q: What is your cancellation policy for a charter bus?

Yes, you can extend most of the tours for an additional charge based on the quoted rate.
Q: How long in advance I need to reserve?
Tour Reservation based on availability early is better.
Q: Can I change a reservation once I submit it?
Yes you can before the dispatch time.

Yes we will try our best to accommodate you at no extra charge.
Q: Do you offer personal greets for the passenger at the airport?
Yes we provide that service for an extra charge, $35 plus parking fees.

Our office is open 7-days a week, 365 days a year.

We currently serve all the major metropolitan areas in the Bay Area We serve all major cities in US through our network system.
Q: What do I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We use the state of art technology to monitor your flight for last minute of arrival. But if you decide to take early or later flight please call us to update your info. (No shows will be bill for full fare).
Q: What if we can't find our driver at pick up location?
Please call our office 510-842-8416 before you decide to leave.
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit card, casher check, and cash as payment.
Q: What your airport pick up location?
After you collect your luggage, walk directly outside of the baggage claim area to limousine pickup area where your limousine will be waiting for you.
Q: When do I pay for the service?
There are three option to make a payment to us is it very convenient to you. First you can make payment over the phone. Second you can do it through our website. The third you can pay directly to your driver (we need your credit card when you make your reservation to reserve your car).

When booking a limo, stretch limousine, limo bus, or a motor coach, make sure you have the correct head count, and to make sure everyone is sitting comfortably, book a vehicle that has at least one or two more people that are in your party. If you would like to provide your own music, or have a special beverage request, please let us know in advance and well arrange it for you. When traveling in large groups, and there is extra luggage, please let us know so we can arrange for a limousine big enough capacity. Although On Demand Transportation has some unique pricing policies, we offer services priced by the hour, flat rates for airports, and also customized all inclusive packages. Typically between 18-20% is the gratuity charged to some of the ongoing rates.
When it comes to those special occasions, like weddings, proms, concerts, sporting events, or a night out on the time, there is a start time and an end time. Usually a set number of hours, in a specific vehicle that will fit your entire party, will be an all inclusive, fixed price.
Best Times to Book
On Demand Transportation offers many different types of vehicles, including sedans, limousines, limo busses, and motor coaches. To ensure availability, and unexceptional service, please reserve ahead. We recommend the following timelines for some specific events. For a wedding, people book 12 months in advance, on the other hand, for proms, book a few months in advance. A general rule of thumb, is to start looking into it 3 to 4 weeks before your event. For any specific events, please contact us a week before, just to reconfirm.
